Ownership & Media Rights
All raw aerial data, including unedited video footage and still photographs captured during the flight operation, remain the intellectual property of All Altitudes Drones until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the media for their specific project needs.
All Altitudes Drones reserves the right to use any captured media for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or specific privacy exclusion has been formally signed prior to the commencement of the mission. We ensure that no sensitive data or identifiable private property information is released without proper context or clearance.
Edited works, including processed 3D models, volumetric data reports, and color-graded cinematic reels, are strictly subject to the service agreement. Unauthorized distribution of watermarked drafts or proof-of-concept media is prohibited. Intellectual property rights for specialized data analysis algorithms and flight path programming are retained by the Appenzeller Group.
Usage Licenses
All Altitudes Drone's intellectual property, including aerial data, imagery, and proprietary analysis, is provided under specific usage licenses. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for the internal business purposes specified in the service agreement. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials to third parties without explicit written consent from All Altitudes is strictly prohibited. We maintain full ownership of the original raw data and captured imagery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of services.
