Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Conditions
Requests for cancellation of scheduled drone operations must be submitted in writing to All Altitudes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time will not incur any penalties. Within 48 hours, a fee equivalent to 25% of the total project quote will be applied.
2. Weather and Technical Delays
Safety is our primary concern. Should weather conditions or technical issues prevent a safe flight, All Altitudes reserves the right to postpone the flight at no additional cost to the client. If a client chooses to cancel rather than reschedule under these specific safe-flight conditions, a standard cancellation fee may still apply as per Clause 1.
3. Permit and Access Denials
In instances where flight permits are revoked by CASA or local authorities, or site access is denied by a third party, the mission will be considered canceled due to external factors. All Altitudes will work with the client to secure new dates, but cannot be held liable for project delays resulting from authority-led restrictions.
