As a provider of precision aerial intelligence, we recognize the sensitive nature of the information we capture. Our imagery policy is designed to comply with Australian privacy laws and CASA regulations, ensuring that all data is handled with professional integrity and technical rigor.
Aerial data capture is strictly limited to the defined mission area. We utilize advanced filtering and screening protocols to minimize the accidental collection of identifiable personal information. Any peripheral data not relevant to the industrial or environmental mission objectives is either excluded at the point of capture or permanently deleted during the processing phase.
Captured media is stored in encrypted, high-security environments. Access is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in data analysis for our clients. We maintain a clear chain of custody for all digital assets, ensuring that intelligence remains secure from capture through to the final delivery of insights.
We never sell or distribute aerial media to third parties for marketing purposes. All data collected is the property of the client or the operating agency, governed by strict confidentiality agreements. Media used for case studies or technical demonstrations is only published with explicit written consent and after all identifiable coordinates and personnel are redacted.
